Non of us is professional translator! And while Shannon and Bernie are actually studying Japanese, I learned most of my Japanese by simply being in the country *lol* In any case: Listening comprehensionis a difficult thing and Rui of all people loves to mumble into hi non existent beard in high speed x_X So each of us tried hard separately, but don't try quoting us please and if you find mistakes, feel free to discuss!
(whats your impression of the tour so far?)
Rui: i only remember drinking lol
Jon: yeah, you're always drinking
Rui drinks till about 4am/6am in the morning, so Jon was saying he was really hungover and out of it during sound check
Then they go into the story of the picture of Kansei and the staff.
Rui says he usually doesn't drink the most (it's Kansei and 5°) but that time he and Miyagawa-san (well he says manager on the left side of the Kansei pic) drank the most.
Rui complains about Jon being the most troublesome when they go out for drinking (Jon prefers to say he's the one having the most fun). Hence the managers are worried and people usually then come up to Rui and ask "where's Jon???"
Rui makes very clear he's not dancing and he jokes over how Nori is CERTAINLY no dancer either. That when he imitates someone shaking his wine-glass and implies Nori's dancing can be something into that direction (Jon's comment is "garçon" which is how you call for a service staff in a good French restaurant)
They proceed to the part where they say that it keeps raining when fade's on tour, so maybe they should make fade teru teru bozu to ward off the rain.
Rui explains how the weather is all good when he leaves Tokyo and as soon as Jon or Noriyuki follow, the rain comes. So someone in the chat throws in "teru teru rui-san" and he as usually shows his amused WTF? reaction.
Rui then says that usually he definitely doesn't drink before shows! Kansei and Jon throw in how he seems to have been drunk at the ETP FEST (2009) and how they were worried if things will be fine. Rui again says that yeah, usually he doesn't, that it's maybe OK for guitar, but he's drummer, he can't!
While Jon is talking about the tour, Rui interrupts him politely because he finds some comment in the chat. I don't understand the comment no matter how hard I try *lol* Just that it's about Rui's eyes, so if someone understands, feel free to share. However, Rui first asks "Who the heck is it??"(making such comments) *lol* and then sth. like "Are you even listening while Jon's speaking (instead of making such comments)? Listen, you!"
Rui talks about how he realized he doesn't usually sign drumsticks. And Jon tells how he saw a tweet the day before on how fun the show was with a picture of Rui's drumstick but Jon's sign on it and how weird that is! Rui then says that he's going to sign the drumsticks for tomorrow's show to fix the problem.
That's when Rui explains that he doesn't come out after lives because he's tired and spaced out like "Ahhhhh! @_@", so he has a smoke and shows up on twitter and (if I get that right) can't move at all. Apparently he says it like: "No way I'm coming out after the show (you've got the others)"
He's a little shy, is Jon's guess. Rui tells a story of how he was out with U:zo and ran into a fan one day and he kept trying to avoid conversation by saying vague things/not showing much interest. He was wearing a VAN HALEN t-shirt and the fan recognized and went "Aaaah! VAN HALEN (pointing at him), are you going?" and Rui went: "Actually, not really! (it's coincidence I'm wearing it)" and he tells how he's actually the former singer Sammy Hagar's fan and told the fan(s) that he was just following up until that time. The Fan's reaction was kind of: "Ah...so that's how it it ....^_^'' " Then they complimented the necklace he always wears by saying it's cute and he's like "I don't know how to answer that" . He says how he's fine on UStreams, twitter and TV, when he doesn't see the customer (yes he says customer and that's quite common thing in Japan). As for lives etc. he says he's no go (doesn't know how to handle these situations) and that Jo and Kansei and so on are there for us. He then says that if fans want a signature they can wait outside and he might sign them on the way as he leaves.
A fan writes in the chat that they like bass drum (referring to bassist an drummer). Rui says: "Most likely a hentai" and that "usually it's vocal and guitar". The fan asks if there's anything wrong/bad about being hentai and Rui and Jon both react the same way, saying that hentais are very welcome and there's no problem about being on at all while pointing out they have a hentai in Kansei themselves *lol*.
Rui is given drumsticks to sign them immediately, he instead questions why the heck they have one of his broken drumsticks *lol* and "It's OK I WILL sign them properly for the show!" and continues with how surely the staff brought those now because they think he'll forget (Jon says: "They know him, they know him well!")
Then the talk about safety:
Rui: "it might be dangerous if I throw the drumstick to the audience this way..." and they're trying to figure out how to do it (I think because someone in the chat ask him to throw the drumstick to the back and he shows how he'd have to throw it for it to fly far enough and that it's too dangerous so he'll rather throw it careful to people at the front)
Jon: "maybe whoever wants it should just wear safety goggles [...] and go 'RUI-SAMAAAA \(^o^)/' " [My personal thought on this: DARN!!! why did I leave my goggles in Ishinomaki X'D]
