She’s been in love with Draco Malfoy for as long as she can remember, even though he’s told her lie after lie throughout their relationship. Yet she seemed unable to let him go, even at his wedding to another witch.
I didn’t want this Pansy, but my parents need this to regain their position.
She knows that the words that he says against the skin of her neck are lies but she still allows him to trace his tongue along her vein, her arms wrapped loosely around him.
Pansy I love you. Only you.
For a moment, she almost calls him on the lie. But she’s never been sure if Draco actually loves her or if he just needs her. She’ll take whatever she can get from him and the sorry fact is that he knows this as well. This is why they’re off in some room in the great Malfoy Manor during his elaborate wedding to Astoria Greengrass.
Please don’t ever leave me; I don’t know what I’d do.
He nips her neck after those words and she bucks up into him, giving him permission for him to take whatever he wants from her yet again. Out of all his words, those ones are the most honest. She might be a pathetic witch for loving him but Pansy knows that Draco needs her as much as she needs him.
As soon as we have an heir, I won’t touch her ever again.
Pansy shifts and wraps her legs around his waist. He groans at the contact and he starts kissing her lips, which is what she wanted. She can only take so many lies. And Pansy knows that she’ll be lucky if this will continue after tonight. She knows that he’ll still be in her life but his life will be consumed by the mundane details of a marriage and a family. And she knows that Draco Malfoy isn’t quite cut out for the celibate life, if he can’t have Pansy, he’ll most definitely have his wife.
I love you.
The simple words fall from her lips, completely true because despite knowing that Draco is the worse sort of wizard, Pansy still loves him with every fibre of her being. She knows that she’ll always love him despite the pain that he causes her because she doesn’t know how to stop loving him.
