Summary: Willow just wanted to have the dorm room to herself.
Word Count: 925
She has her dorm room all to herself since Buffy's decided to spend the weekend at home with her mother and sister. However when she opens the door, Willow quickly discovers that she's not alone. Instead of an empty dorm room, she finds Anya standing in the middle of the room, wearing nothing but a pink pair of frilly panties. Willow blushes as she does her best to look away from Anya's curves.
"Uh, what are you doing here?" Willow manages to ask, her mouth horribly dry at the thought of a practically naked Anya in her room.
"I could ask you the same thing," Anya says. "I thought you would have gone home for the weekend like Buffy did."
"I didn't and it's my room. so again, why are you here?" Willow asks.
She squeaks when Anya moves so that she's standing right in front of Willow. The red head turns away and fiddles with something on Buffy's desk. She blushes once again when she sees Anya's reflection in the compact on Buffy's desk that the Slayer had left open. She closes the compact and her eyes.
"I broke up with Xander," Anya says. "Is there a reason why you're acting like this?"
"Like what?"
"Like you've never seen a naked girl before," Anya replies. "I would have thought that in this day and age that all girls would be used to seeing girls naked."
"Uh no, we're not. And what would you make think that."
"Xander has these tapes about college girls and what goes on in dorm rooms."
Willow swallows as she tries to figure out what to say. The last thing she needs to know is about Xander's preferences when it comes to porn. It's probably one of the last things that she wants to know.
"Uh, I wouldn't, uhm, take those tapes as reliable sources as to what really happens at college."
"Well Xander and Buffy have said something about your little experiment with girls, so I thought there was some truth to it," Anya replies with a sigh.
Willow turns around in anger. How dare they? How dare they tell Anya, of all people, about that thing with Tara. Willow's not even sure if it was just a fluke like Xander was or if she's gay now.
"You have no right to talk about that and I'll have you know it wasn't some experiment. Maybe I am gay now. Maybe I prefer girls to boys."
"In my experience, you would know if you were gay. You wouldn't be all maybe about it."
"And what do you know about being gay?"
Anya rolls her eyes as she sits down on the edge of Willow's bed. "I've been around the block more than once, trust me when I say that being gay isn't brand new."
"Yeah but you like boys, so what would you know about me being gay."
Anya laughs and the sound of it fascinates Willow.
"Just because I like Xander doesn't mean it's an exclusive like for one gender or the other."
Willow finds herself hating the fact that Anya can't ever answer a question in a straightforward manner. With Anya, it's always a hint here or there but never the whole truth.
"So you've been around," Willow says. She does her best to make the word around drip with insult.
It gets Anya's attention who stands up, hands on her hips, displaying every bit of flesh that Willow was desperate not to look at. Willow's anger dissipates. Anya's doesn't.
"I'll have you know that I've only ever had three relationships. Two of which have been with men and one with a woman. And that one, the one with a woman, was the longest."
Before Willow can stop her, Anya's launched into a story about the Middles Ages, bunnies and how her lover betrayed her. Willow's certain that the story would have been more interesting if Anya had been clothed. As it is, she can barely take her eyes off of Anya's creamy flesh.
"Were you even listening?" Anya asks.
"What? Uh, yeah, I was. I was, uhm, wrong to jump to conclusions," Willow confusedly says.
Anya rolls her eyes at her before she steps forward. "I don't think you were listening at all."
"I was, I really was. You were saying something about bunnies."
"I hate bunnies," Anya says. "Why do I hate them?"
"Uhm, you hate bunnies because," Willow stumbles trying to figure out why the other woman hates them so much.
Words fail her when Anya moves even closer and Willow decides that it's now or never. It's time that she finds out if Tara was just a fluke or if she's really gay. She's pretty certain that she is because Anya's making her feel things that Oz couldn't even make her feel. For once, Willow seems to have the nerve to do something.
She steps forward until there's practically no space between her and Anya. She wraps a hand around Anya's neck before she gently kisses Anya. The kiss is soft and gentle until Anya bites Willow's lower lip.
Before she knows it, Willow finds herself entwined with Anya on her bed, their mouths fused together and their hands roaming one another's bodies.
A knock on the door pulls them apart and Willow's cheeks colour red. She decides that she's definitely gay. When Anya motions towards the door, Willow shakes her head and kisses Anya again. Maybe if they ignore whoever it is, they'll go away and Willow can get to know Anya more.
