IT'S A MAJOR AWARD!
So, okay, random -- back in like, February, I was poking around on the Coraline website and found the place where you could enter to win the special limited edition Coraline Nike Dunks. I filled out the form and totally forgot about it until... I got an email this afternoon that I won a pair!!!!!!
This, for me, is not just surprising, but astonishing. I have never won anything in my entire life. No, really. Never a single game of bingo, or a raffle, or a lottery ticket/ scratch off, or a tricky tray. I mean, I may not even get the size sneakers I want, since the Official Rules has only men's shoe sizes and when I filled out the form I put 7, not thinking that they wouldn't be womens. So I may end up with like, a size 9, but it won't matter because I WON THEM.
I feel like the dad on Christmas Story when he wins the lamp.
