First Day Back at School
Actually, my first day at school went by quite well. It felt so unreal, walking down those halls again. I still don't really believe it. I was friendly, and I talked to people, even a couple freshmen that I didn't know; but I know now! Do you know how ... fulfilling it is to be kind to people, to merely be friendly, to help them get their locker open, to at least try and help them find their classroom, despite how you don't know where it is exactly.
Heck, I was even glad that it's a small school; it made it a little easier to get to classes. Gosh, I hope everyone calms down some (Holy crap, a LOT!), because I could hardly get to each class on time. There are too many freshmen. Too many juniors and seniors. Too many sophomores, as well! Crap, and this school has only approximately 300 students, I believe.
Ah, well, overall, I'm pleased with how the day went, no matter how unreal and unwanted being inside of those walls was.
