I'm sure no one wants to read about the heat or the waiting YET. Yes, i will post about it. Like i said, this is only the start of a very very lengthy concert/battle report. *winks*
At around 1900 hours, we're all lined up by sections to enter the hall; bag checks, no umbrellas, no water WTF -.-" rules apply. Already the boys are up there doing last rehearsals. Everytime the music starts, people start screeching. I hear Cosmos and my heart beats like mad. Cosmos is love, Cosmos LIVE is love endlessly! XD It's a tease, we all know it. Our appetites all building up, now, only in a few minutes we would be stepping into the tavern of the hungry vampires.... and their even hungrier fangirls.
We've only just began to fill up after the RACE to the foot of the stage. It's already so hot, i could feel my sweat trickle down my neck. Time is passed listening to some random american rock band over the speakers. The strain of waiting all day is honestly getting into me, i yawn. If they don't give me VAMPS i'm gonna fall asleep no matter what song is going over the speakers.
2000 hours sharp. American rock band over the speakers get disrupted. The end for them, time for VAMPS.
1) Bite
OMFG! The moment BITE sounded over the speakers, the entire section A squeezes forwards. It's so damned packed, we're like meat cling-wrapped and placed on shelves for sale. YES. THAT PACKED.
2) Love Addict
i don't mean to cut it off like that. lol~ but we're already on to the intro of Love Addict. The intro keeps repeating, the boys are not up on stage yet. We start clapping to the rhythm. Its the same ol' echo fade off and then repeat thing VAMPS almost does for every concert. Around the 5th time it repeats, the boys are on! The smurf bobs up on stage, clad in a tight long tank, TIGHT jeans, boots and a black vest, with a jewel encrusted skull on the back. His hair is so poofy i can barely see his face.
"TAIWAN!!!" Hyde shouts, we scream, Kaz (oh my god so damned handsome), picks up where the refrain left off and we go!! Everyone's jumping, clapping in unison! I don't even have to try to jump, i'm just in the same momentum as everyone else because we're all so squashed together. lol~
3) Its Sad
REALLY REALLY GOOD SONG TO ROCK OUT TO. I'm completely happy they picked this song. Though i heard they had Jesus Christ last night. Damn, i would change this for JC. Nevertheless, =)
4) Redrum
"fear, in pain, crime, PURHLA-SHURHE" That's exactly how he sings it. Gorgeous. Hyde's voice is rich and sultry in the verse but at the chorus, it's raw, scratchy, carnal.

Hyde went over the dry his face on his VAMPS towel. No, he did not throw it to us. Instead he totally had that "YEAH WELL, it's MAH TOWEL." face. Not that i would mind his sweat soaked towel, i can totally still have it.

"Yu bei wo men gan zou le!" (We have chased the rain away~) I swear this is totally due to the myth that Hyde brings the fair
weather. Or due to the fact that VAMPS-HYDE's milder doppelganger's band is called "Rainbow." =p Both days, it rained till
about an hour or 2 before the concert!
"Mei wen ti" (No worries!) "Yi qi HIGH~ ba!" (Let's get high together!)
"Wo hui hao hao ai ni men" (I will be sure to love you all nicely)

Ning-chan and going 'OMG. SLUT!' <3

"Are you fucking ready?! Fucking ready Taiwan???" Yes hyde! omg, i'm ready. fucking ready, readily fucked, ready to fuck!

5) I Gotta Kick Start Now
My favorite part ever is just before the music slows down. Hyde once again shows off his vocal-techniques. Not that not already a convert. Hello people, HYDE CAN SING. AND DAMNED WELL!
6) Secret In My Heart
Ning-chan totally squeeled! Her favorite song. =) Its beautiful too. I was surprised it came out so early! I was still... squashed. But i got to peek at Kaz instead. <3
7) Vampire Depression
The song kicks off dark and heavy. It's pounding beats a perfect match to the rich, almost spherical tone of Hyde's voice. The Hydenglish is perfect for this song. It gives it an otherwordly feeling. I realize it brings to mind "Queen of the Damned". I could feel my goosebumps rise with the slight verbrato in his voice.
"Just blind me! Set me free!" Hyde screams it out, eyes shut, hair dishevelled, muscles tightening. The emotion of it is nearly frightening.
Randomly: I do this \m/ and Ju-ken does it back to me <3 WOOTS. love.
8) Evanescent
We are led from the "angst" and "pain" in VampDepression into a different kind of heartbreak. The soft luring notes of a piano. Various fans start to discuss if it's "Perfect Moment" or "Sweet Dreams" but i already know. Compared to Vampire Depression, Evanescent is hopeful and yet saddening. By the last chorus, i could feel the tears behind my eyes, but they don't fall, only because i was too squashed to do anything else but sniff and shut my eyes to listen.
9) Countdown
180 degrees turn of music! It's uplifting compared to the previous two songs. Around here, i had lost sight of Hyde due to scary amounts of zombie HYDEFANGIRLS. So i fix my eyes on Kaz instead. He's gorgeous ok? Really, he's calm collected and so so cool on stage. His eyes *__________*
10) Dolly
"BUILD A TOWER TALL AND STRONG !!!!" shout! Headbanging song. except i couldn't head bag. i was erm.. stuck.
11) Sweet Dreams
Seems like VAMPS don't intend to let us go without breaking all our hearts, or at least my heart. Ju-ken starts off with a very very pretty solo. When he's quiet he's like a different person completely. Hyde sits on the amp, his eyes lid over and his fingers linger on his guitar, creating a melody on his strings. Kaz is in the corner, also full of concentration. But it's Hyde time really, no matter how many HYDE-fangirls try to stop me, i was gonna get my view on this. So beautiful~
Seems like every one was waiting for this song. I get squashed half-way through again, my view of Hyde obscured every now and then. I must mention, i was in a very good spot. RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS MICSTAND, row 4 or 3 or something. There was no row really. Safe to say, i was in his line of vision. Because of that, alot of people wanted to get in my line of vision. -.-" I felt a little low, perhaps due to the song and the feelings it evoked. Hyde's voice is beautiful, fragile and crisp. And there i am, the air is stiffling and EVIL-TALL fangirls keep trying to elbow me away so they can see Hyde. It's hard to say what went through my mind altogether. The long long day, the weather, the heat, the flight, the lack of air, the heat, the voice, the band, the boys, and then the voice. "Goodnight to you, i always do think of you, even when i'm far away... were you wonderful today? because surely there will be good tomorrows, sweet dreams." I tear. At the back of my head, it doesn't even matter if i'm obscured, or squashed by silly fangirls, nor does it matter that some people around me can't sing along to it. All that mattered was the boys and being at this concert. I mumble the lyrics, trying not to cry, which is very hard because somewhere in the middle i caught sight of Hyde again and his face was so gentle, it made me want to cry again.
12) Life on Mars?
Barely recovering from SD... but the moment i hear the starting i could feel my old bones start to quake. I turn and yell to Ning-chan. "THIS IS MY JAM!!!!!" and then i paw through the fangirls. I had to SEE Hyde. Finally, i found some space and i was totally singing along. Did i mention how awesome Life on Mars sounds live? As if the recording wasn't already amazing. Hyde's vocals for this live, is breathtaking. This was the one song i didn't care, i just elbowed everyone else away. Well, i was mild compared to how i got elbowed. hahahah! I was determined to rock this. It started off pretty weird, i think because this isn't one of the "mainstream" VAMPS songs. I saw alot of ??? faces around me. But for me, Life on Mars? is LOVE. I sang out loud, yelled my lyrics and at the part "He's in the best selling show!" I got through and shouted that pointing at Hyde. HE SAW! adsklandfksabfannsdnskdn;LNSKNDndnnn!!!!!!
HE SAW! lol~ he stared at me, straight in the eye. It was a little unnerving.... very erm, primal. =x I was stunned for awhile, before being completely attacked by fangirls who noticed Hyde was looking in this direction and i had this random head just popping up in front of me. Undetered, i squirmed through and managed to find another crevice to perve look at Hyde again. By now, i had removed my chain and wound it around my hand because it was sweltering. Then again, at "To my mother my dog and clowns", i think i kinda had a little benefit being that the song was in english, i was pretty loud, and also cause the loudest crowd response songs were the 4 singles; and all waving my chain failing about at him, doing V and \m/ LOL, HYDE saw me again and he smirked at me. I died.Happily.
OKAY. AT THIS POINT HYDE DRANK SOME WATER AND RITUALISTICALLY SPRAYED US WITH IT. I GOT SOME. WOOHOO. HYDE JUICE. MY LIFE IS COMPLETE. oh wait... i haven't heard cosmos yet....

"Bu yao gan mao la~" (Don't catch a cold) LOL. i remember hearing this. it was... broken. Hahas, but so so so cute! XD KAAAAAZZZZZZZZ~

He continued to say something else, but no one could understand. The entire crowd was all like o____O "NANI??" after a few attempts we began to chant "One more time! One more time!" in japanese. Poor Kaz. Lol~ he went to look at his cheat sheet, repeated it again, but still gibberish. "One more time! One more time!" And then he went to listen to a staff's recorder and repeated it again. and still o_________O??? LOL! In the end he gave up. Somewhere in the middle, Hyde tried to help him. The little fella kept going "Ni hao~" (Hello~) into the mic with the cutest voice ever, and the little wave he does. But we're all too fixated with Kaz, hahah! In the end when he spoke in english, Hyde was totally in LMAO-mode. He made a face like "whaaaaat???!" lol! And stood there giggling, laughing at Kaz because it was too random. All the other members were laughing too. really, poor Kaz. <3

LOL! This was the gazillionth time he said this! He kept repeating it in a small voice, while smiling, trying to control his laughter when we're all like "KAZ! KAZ! KAZ! KAZ!" looooool~ Hyde kept saying it to get our attention. Eventually, he did. We gave up on "bullying" Kaz. lol! But Kaz was such a good sport. <3 Hyde's smile is so gorgeous~ precious! XD and plus he smiled so much! I think all the members were pretty entertained by the whole Kaz fiasco.
Then we started calling for Ju-ken, but it wasn't his turn.... dum dum dum~ IT WAS ARIMATSU!!! XD

"Piao liang mei mei... zai na li?" (The pretty girls.... where are they?) Hyde is such a flirt. but am i liking it? HELL YES. so it every other girl, zombie-fangirl or not. He was getting everyone. The whole crowd is thrown into a state of chaos. everyone is squeezing forward. I can hardly move, except with everyone else's pushing, swaying. shouts of "HERE!!! HERE!!!" everywhere.

TOTALLY EVERYONE JUMPING. MADE NO SENSE. MY BRAIN OFFICIALLY HALF-DEAD. And i can't figure out if it was the lack of air since the MC when everyone went mad or the sheer prowress of VAMPS. We did it 4 times~ Hi ho! Let's Hunt!

unexpected. I squeeled with the little amount of air i had left in my poor lungs. Sing-a-long chorus. It was quite shocking, because not many people seemed to know how to sing along? But everyone was still going "HYDEEEE~ HYDEEEEE~" lol, zombie fangirls = creepy. Hello was a pleasant surprise!

do i need to say more about the VAMPS ANTHEM? I was jumping, everyone was jumping! It was madness! Hyde was running around with the energy of a 20 year old, Kaz was rockin' it with Ju-ken. The drum beat was crazy! I could barely see Hyde. This is where the drama kicks in...
Right after the song, i really really was gonna pass out. The air was stiffling, each breath was just... still, hot air. I excused myself to go to the side, Ning-chan and this taiwan girl that we made friends with came along. I went to one of the staff and was like "where the fuck do i buy water cause i'm like gonna pass out on you now!!!" He pointed us to it and Ning-chan went to get it and i stayed there... squatting, sitting around at the corner. Quite a number of people were at the side, i think the heat must be unbearable. This girl beside me was using a cold can of beer to cool herself off by placing it on her skin. I sat for awhile and decided that sitting was gonna make me feel worse so i stood up and walked back to Zizi (the taiwanese friend we made =p) kinda just paced around telling myself NOT to pass out. Ning-chan came back with the water and i gulped the whole bottle down. Here, it was like FRESH COOL AIR. And i noticed the entire shitload of people in section A, was squashed into a tiny tiny arc in front of the stage, mostly centered around Hyde's position. Looking at it scared me, like "whut? I was in that?!" I recovered some energy enough to go bounding around and after alot of YELLING "VAMPS!!! ENCORE!!!" The boys reappeared.
Hyde came out without his vest. OKAY SADDENED CAUSE HE WASN'T SHIRTLESS. ARIMATSU WAS SHIRTLESS. but he's shirtless all the time. Why, Hyde? Why???? But we were still pretty near and everything was still very very clear. i had a chance to take a good proper look at Kaz, since we went to Kaz's side. HE'S HOT YO. <333 His eyes are so bright! And his tatts... are.. well, aplenty. ^_^ The smurf's tattoo is also looking gorgeous btw, the thorns are in more shape now. Everything about Hyde is beautiful. Really. He's shiny! Everyone's sweating and he still looks impeccable. His skin is really good, and up close his face is *__________*. He's also really small. XD VAMPS HYDE is like Laruku HYDE's evil, sultry twin x10. but still... so much love~

I love this song. But i was quite sad it wasn't Cosmos. I was thinking "don't tell me they played it only for rehearsal!!!! T____T" But TGB is also one of my songs of love. I was energetic! Lol. i think the staff i asked for water directions gave me a weird look. He must think i'm nuts, recovering so quickly. XD I was totally singing along and jumping about!
And then the drum beats to the next song starts... and me, ning and zizi hold hands and scream in unison. REALLY REALLY LOUDLY. it was very obvious because the song hadnt started yet. But i knew it, COSMOS. finally.

my heart.... <333333333 i think it flew out of my chest. I was so so so so so happy! I jumped and squeeled, waving my water bottle at Kaz, and i got his smile too! this is my favorite song off the whole album, i love how Hyde sings it, and he does so much better live. "もっともっと 英知集め連れ出して もっともっと 美しい君の中へ 遠く遠く 僕はもう行けないね 遠く遠く 美しい君の中へ A peak never ending" I love it when he sings that, his voice.... i was so moved hearing it live and the kind of emotion Hyde put into it, i was totally crying by the 遠く遠く~ part. Cosmos made everything worth it. It's beautiful beyond words. I cried so much here.

The slutty dance and lip-licking in the flesh is orgasmic. REALLY ORGASMIC. HYDE IS SEX ON LEGS.

The night ended with blasting music and careless abandon, Hyde gyrated some more, tousling his hair and moaning, and OMGTHEHYPITS O_______________O YES! THE HYPITS. THE HYPITS IRL!!!!!!!!
Hyde nearly killed me or at least his fangirls almost did, Kaz was my lifesaver. (COSMOS <3) Not that i mind it with Hyde. hahhahaha~ I've tasted hell and scaled heaven in one night. VAMPS HAS MY VOTE 4EVA! XD It's safe to say i died a happy fangirl. Breathless, squashed or not.

Ning-chan totally squeeled! Her favorite song. =) Its beautiful too. I was surprised it came out so early! I was still... squashed. But i got to peek at Kaz instead. <3
7) Vampire Depression
The song kicks off dark and heavy. It's pounding beats a perfect match to the rich, almost spherical tone of Hyde's voice. The Hydenglish is perfect for this song. It gives it an otherwordly feeling. I realize it brings to mind "Queen of the Damned". I could feel my goosebumps rise with the slight verbrato in his voice.
"Just blind me! Set me free!" Hyde screams it out, eyes shut, hair dishevelled, muscles tightening. The emotion of it is nearly frightening.

8) Evanescent
We are led from the "angst" and "pain" in VampDepression into a different kind of heartbreak. The soft luring notes of a piano. Various fans start to discuss if it's "Perfect Moment" or "Sweet Dreams" but i already know. Compared to Vampire Depression, Evanescent is hopeful and yet saddening. By the last chorus, i could feel the tears behind my eyes, but they don't fall, only because i was too squashed to do anything else but sniff and shut my eyes to listen.
9) Countdown
180 degrees turn of music! It's uplifting compared to the previous two songs. Around here, i had lost sight of Hyde due to scary amounts of zombie HYDEFANGIRLS. So i fix my eyes on Kaz instead. He's gorgeous ok? Really, he's calm collected and so so cool on stage. His eyes *__________*

11) Sweet Dreams
Seems like VAMPS don't intend to let us go without breaking all our hearts, or at least my heart. Ju-ken starts off with a very very pretty solo. When he's quiet he's like a different person completely. Hyde sits on the amp, his eyes lid over and his fingers linger on his guitar, creating a melody on his strings. Kaz is in the corner, also full of concentration. But it's Hyde time really, no matter how many HYDE-fangirls try to stop me, i was gonna get my view on this. So beautiful~
Seems like every one was waiting for this song. I get squashed half-way through again, my view of Hyde obscured every now and then. I must mention, i was in a very good spot. RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS MICSTAND, row 4 or 3 or something. There was no row really. Safe to say, i was in his line of vision. Because of that, alot of people wanted to get in my line of vision. -.-" I felt a little low, perhaps due to the song and the feelings it evoked. Hyde's voice is beautiful, fragile and crisp. And there i am, the air is stiffling and EVIL-TALL fangirls keep trying to elbow me away so they can see Hyde. It's hard to say what went through my mind altogether. The long long day, the weather, the heat, the flight, the lack of air, the heat, the voice, the band, the boys, and then the voice. "Goodnight to you, i always do think of you, even when i'm far away... were you wonderful today? because surely there will be good tomorrows, sweet dreams." I tear. At the back of my head, it doesn't even matter if i'm obscured, or squashed by silly fangirls, nor does it matter that some people around me can't sing along to it. All that mattered was the boys and being at this concert. I mumble the lyrics, trying not to cry, which is very hard because somewhere in the middle i caught sight of Hyde again and his face was so gentle, it made me want to cry again.
12) Life on Mars?
Barely recovering from SD... but the moment i hear the starting i could feel my old bones start to quake. I turn and yell to Ning-chan. "THIS IS MY JAM!!!!!" and then i paw through the fangirls. I had to SEE Hyde. Finally, i found some space and i was totally singing along. Did i mention how awesome Life on Mars sounds live? As if the recording wasn't already amazing. Hyde's vocals for this live, is breathtaking. This was the one song i didn't care, i just elbowed everyone else away. Well, i was mild compared to how i got elbowed. hahahah! I was determined to rock this. It started off pretty weird, i think because this isn't one of the "mainstream" VAMPS songs. I saw alot of ??? faces around me. But for me, Life on Mars? is LOVE. I sang out loud, yelled my lyrics and at the part "He's in the best selling show!" I got through and shouted that pointing at Hyde. HE SAW! adsklandfksabfannsdnskdn;LNSKNDndnnn!!!!!!

It was a little unnerving.... very erm, primal. =x I was stunned for awhile, before being completely attacked by fangirls who noticed Hyde was looking in this direction and i had this random head just popping up in front of me. Undetered, i squirmed through and managed to find another crevice to perve look at Hyde again. By now, i had removed my chain and wound it around my hand because it was sweltering. Then again, at "To my mother my dog and clowns", i think i kinda had a little benefit being that the song was in english, i was pretty loud, and also cause the loudest crowd response songs were the 4 singles; and all waving my chain failing about at him, doing V and \m/ LOL, HYDE saw me again and he smirked at me. I died.Happily.

The little fella kept going "Ni hao~" (Hello~) into the mic with the cutest voice ever, and the little wave he does. But we're all too fixated with Kaz, hahah! In the end when he spoke in english, Hyde was totally in LMAO-mode. He made a face like "whaaaaat???!" lol! And stood there giggling, laughing at Kaz because it was too random. All the other members were laughing too. really, poor Kaz. <3

unexpected. I squeeled with the little amount of air i had left in my poor lungs. Sing-a-long chorus. It was quite shocking, because not many people seemed to know how to sing along? But everyone was still going "HYDEEEE~ HYDEEEEE~" lol, zombie fangirls = creepy. Hello was a pleasant surprise!
15) Sex Blood Rock N Roll
do i need to say more about the VAMPS ANTHEM? I was jumping, everyone was jumping! It was madness! Hyde was running around with the energy of a 20 year old, Kaz was rockin' it with Ju-ken. The drum beat was crazy! I could barely see Hyde. This is where the drama kicks in...
Right after the song, i really really was gonna pass out. The air was stiffling, each breath was just... still, hot air. I excused myself to go to the side, Ning-chan and this taiwan girl that we made friends with came along. I went to one of the staff and was like "where the fuck do i buy water cause i'm like gonna pass out on you now!!!" He pointed us to it and Ning-chan went to get it and i stayed there... squatting, sitting around at the corner. Quite a number of people were at the side, i think the heat must be unbearable. This girl beside me was using a cold can of beer to cool herself off by placing it on her skin. I sat for awhile and decided that sitting was gonna make me feel worse so i stood up and walked back to Zizi (the taiwanese friend we made =p) kinda just paced around telling myself NOT to pass out. Ning-chan came back with the water and i gulped the whole bottle down. Here, it was like FRESH COOL AIR. And i noticed the entire shitload of people in section A, was squashed into a tiny tiny arc in front of the stage, mostly centered around Hyde's position. Looking at it scared me, like "whut? I was in that?!" I recovered some energy enough to go bounding around and after alot of YELLING "VAMPS!!! ENCORE!!!" The boys reappeared.
Hyde came out without his vest. OKAY SADDENED CAUSE HE WASN'T SHIRTLESS. ARIMATSU WAS SHIRTLESS. but he's shirtless all the time. Why, Hyde? Why???? But we were still pretty near and everything was still very very clear. i had a chance to take a good proper look at Kaz, since we went to Kaz's side. HE'S HOT YO. <333 His eyes are so bright! And his tatts... are.. well, aplenty. ^_^ The smurf's tattoo is also looking gorgeous btw, the thorns are in more shape now. Everything about Hyde is beautiful. Really. He's shiny! Everyone's sweating and he still looks impeccable. His skin is really good, and up close his face is *__________*. He's also really small. I love this song. But i was quite sad it wasn't Cosmos. I was thinking "don't tell me they played it only for rehearsal!!!! T____T" But TGB is also one of my songs of love. I was energetic! Lol. i think the staff i asked for water directions gave me a weird look. He must think i'm nuts, recovering so quickly. XD I was totally singing along and jumping about!
And then the drum beats to the next song starts... and me, ning and zizi hold hands and scream in unison. REALLY REALLY LOUDLY. it was very obvious because the song hadnt started yet. But i knew it, COSMOS. finally.

my heart.... <333333333 i think it flew out of my chest. I was so so so so so happy! I jumped and squeeled, waving my water bottle at Kaz, and i got his smile too! this is my favorite song off the whole album, i love how Hyde sings it, and he does so much better live. "もっともっと 英知集め連れ出して もっともっと 美しい君の中へ 遠く遠く 僕はもう行けないね 遠く遠く 美しい君の中へ A peak never ending" I love it when he sings that, his voice.... i was so moved hearing it live and the kind of emotion Hyde put into it, i was totally crying by the 遠く遠く~ part. Cosmos made everything worth it. It's beautiful beyond words. I cried so much here.
