more Bakaleya fic!

I wrote more Bakaleya fic! Somehow, between the start of the movie's run and now, having seen it seven times, I think Maya has become my favourite character... despite the fact that he doesn't do much in the movie. XD; His backstory is painfully sparse (like everyone's in Bakaleya...) so I decided to build it up a little. This is my take on Maya

Awww, this is so good~ I really love all the ways you fleshed out Maya's backstory, and how you showed the way he sees himself and the world changing over time. And the way his relationship with Satoshi develops is really adorable, too ♥ They're sort of perfect for each other despite Satoshi being an idiot? XD

*______* That is so lovely <3 <3 For me, you described Maya really well, all his fears, the doubts and everything else that has been going on inside him all those years. I'm so glad to see a fic that has Maya as the center :D Your way of writing it and slowly moving on with the years and how he changed is adorable and really well-written. Not to mention how lovely his relationship with Satoshi is :D

uwahh this is really amazing! i love the way you created the tension in maya'a backstory :3 i agree, i loved his character because he had a real story! his episode was my favorite out of the entire series because it dealt with such deep, real emotions x) I like how you were able to convey this all with minimal dialogue, and despite juri being so... juri-like xD they're so adorable together, and i can really see juri being (altho not the smartest child in the world) really caring and accepting of taiga and their friendship :) thank you for this!! bakaleya <3

So, I have to say one thing first: this is one of the best fanfics I've ever read! I watched the drama only recently and although I like Maya, I haven't given a thought on how the change from being a girl to being a boy would've been for him, how his mind was set on "girl mode" thanks to his mother and what it entails. You show a great psychological inside in a boy who has been raised as a girl, and the judgment and bullying he has to endure. And this fic even has its moral message with Satoshi accepting Maya just like he is because gender doesn't define a person. Truly a great fic! =)
Secondly I have to admit I was disappointed it was already over when Satoshi found out. I would love to read more of Maya becoming more boy-ish and learning to accept himself the way he is, and how the others get to learn about the other side of him. There isn't by chance a possibility for a sequel? ^-^
Third point I feel the need to mention: Tatsuya having a crush on Tetsuya!!! ♥♥♥ XD

And... I can't promise anything about sequels, ever, because I write for fun and very rarely one request, but I do want to write more for him, so I'll do my best. ^^
