i'm using icq and there's a banner, "Are you an artist? Get our FREE art test!", that's been lingering for too long.
this all sounds too easy, right? one test and, wheeee! "You are the next Goya!"
Sounds like an lj-test, really. "Cut n paste code into livejournal/deadjournal/blog/whatever".
OF course i had to check this out, yes. ;)
from where i'm sitting it looks like the TEST boils down to this; they send you a picture of a drawing, preferably a Disney-cartoon character. And you have to draw this freehand, to see if you can match it up. Then you send it back to have it "evaluated".
I wonder what would happen if you just traced it? Letter in the mail, "Congratulations! You scored a 99 out of a 100 points possible! You are an Artist!"

Because drawing is the only medium out there. Eeeevidently. =D
