(no subject)
Well, I definitely had a fabulous Christmas. :) It was the first Christmas together for me and Brad, and that definitely helped make it wonderful. We also got to spend a lot of time with each other's family, and that was very important and it definitely meant a lot to me. He got me a 311 CD to replace the one I lost, a beautiful white gold bracelet, and Pistons tickets for tonight against the Heat... so I'm definitely pumped up about that tonight! I got him a manly picture frame with pictures of us (yes, lame I know, but very cute), Office Space on DVD, the new Family Guy DVDs, and I made him a huge fleece blanket with Lions material, which he loved, so I felt really good about that. :) I got a bunch of clothes, money, and stuff that I need from my parents and grandparents. Lindsay's boyfriend got her a sweet ass red Tayshaun Prince jersey that she better let me wear tonight... Brad and I had to go to the ghetto of Fairlane yesterday to get him a Rasheed Wallace jersey to wear tonight. I feel like a lazy bum. I haven't worked at all over break, and I kinda feel bad about it, but I have enough money to pay my rent and tuition, and I already bought my books and saved 200 bucks, so I'm in pretty good shape. Plus I doubled my hours for next semester too, so I'll definitely be making more money to save then as well.
Last night me and Brad went to Nikki's cuz she was having people over to drink and play beer pong and stuff... a lot of people came over, Dena was there, and I hadn't seen her since the summer before she left for England, so that was nice, and of course I missed the wonderful Miss Nicole Amber Haber herself. Then Brad and I got crazy and decided to go spend the night at his house since he lives right down the street from Nikki, which was crazy since his parents were both home, but I think we got away with it. I think....
New Year's should be a fun time, we're probably going to go to Jim's for a little bit then head to Nikki's for the night... I'm excited, I get to see my long lost roommate Mary who has been trapped in Mt. Pleasant all of break.. I miss her!
Hmm... Friday night Brad and I are gonna go to Canada on a date and have a nice dinner, maybe go to the casino, then hit up the bars. I'm pumped. It's about time we started having some fun, since I was sick all last week and couldn't do anything, and then he got sick on Christmas and is finally better.
