The time
I am going to do it. It is time.
28 years ago I took up the foolish habit of smoking. Not sure when the adiction set in because there is no bell that goes off to signal the begining of the end but I was there shortly after my first drag at the tender age of 11. I have been smoking about a pack a day since.
I am no longer going to be a smoker as of Monday. Why not now? Well, there is my party tonight.... and.... well MONDAY. It will have to do. I am going to give it a shot cold turkey style. If that doesn't work I will try cutting back bit by bit until it is stupid.
I never intended to make smoking a lifetime deal. Unfortunately... it worked out that way. Pretty much. Well.... Better late than never.
Looks like another party may be called due to snow....
