(lack of) Spirit Day
Today the annual event continued..Bishop Foley Spirit Day 2004...unfortunate the teachers and administration can't count and somehow the seniors won the actual day but the freshmen won the overall competition and now have the day of prom (thats right kiddies...the freshmen who cant even attend prom dont have to worry about school that day)!!! See if it was a fair win I wouldnt mind but the freshmen came into today 30 points ahead of us (the seniors) and then we kicked their asses in the competition...so how is it that overall they now have 50 more points than us??? Does that make any sense whatsoever? Yeah I didn't think so. I'm upset but I'll live and I dont necessarily agree with protests and such, so I support you my fellow seniors but thats just not my style. I think that reacting before calming down is what gets us into trouble 99% of the time and I just want to make sure that my reaction is well thought out and not just because I'm pissed.
