holiday visitors!
the good news is, our dog (Randy) and Mom's dog (Gus) get along great!
the bad news is, our dog and Mom's dog get along great! it's like a herd of elephants trouncing around in the living room as they play. Randy is sooooo happy to have a friend. he needs a friend. I just need to convince the hubby to let us get a second one.
Mom got here at a pretty reasonable hour last night. And we even went to bed at a moderately reasonable hour. I got home about 6:30, and she was here before 7:00 I think. made dinner. chatted. went to bed.
she'll be here until Saturday at least. hope we all can survive until then.
