You're having sore throat? Take lozenges to suck on and drink lots of water. Avoid anything that can worsen your throat and cough.

Or did you have your tonsils removed?

On a separate note, the ending was added as an afterthought since I felt that something different was needed to bring the story to a close. Fluff is so boring.

Aw~ thanks, bb, for your concern. >//////<
Am sitting here with chamomile-tea, water and lezonges since I came back from the doctor. Got a sick-note for a week. ><"

Lol! My tonsils had been removed when I was a child. ^^
Don't know, if it were the big and the small ones or just the small ones though. o.o

Then your end was a good afterthought. ^^
eally liked it. Lol! And as for fluff being boring. It sometimes is like that, but next to the fun in your end I could still feel the fluff. xDD
Anyway, I liked the funny end really much, 'cause it was different and gave your story a nice twist. :D

Actually, I don't know if I've got tonsils or not because I don't even have Adam's apple to start with and that I can sound like a girl.

Damn. I miss being addressed as Miss or Madam.

Adam's Apple is that 'bump' common amongst men but there are cases that men do have it except that you can't see them.

Miss Hashim? I think you should address me as Ma'am Fifi, because that's what I'm being addressed here and Hashim is my father's name. I have no surname to speak of.

I see. So you have a small Adam's apple.

Oh, then Ma'am Fifi, I apologize for my choice of words. *bows politely*
Ah~ I didn't know. So the name of your father appears as a surname without being one? o.o

Nope it's not. My full name is Mohammad Firdaus bin Mohamad Hashim, which means Mohammad (as in the Prophet himself) Firdaus, son of Mohamad Hashim.

There's no surname or anything the likes.

Ah~ now I get it. o.o
There are so many things outside in this world that I can learn a lot from. Just like the usage of names. o.o
