For my dear sister
Here's a little "life update" since the last thing I felt compelled to write about in here was the growing trend of *cringe* visors on campus in the fall. Those guys need to do something more with their life than imitate their goofy rich dads who do nothing but play golf all day. Since it's colder I guess they switched back to baseball caps because I haven't seen any in awhile.
There are these two girls at my bus stop, and every day I see them I have to laugh out loud. They have the exact same brown p-coat jacket. They wear it together with MATCHING PANTS. One day they both wore jeans with holes in the EXACT SAME PLACE. This morning they both wore black pants and purple shirts under their matching jackets. I feel really old sometimes living in Tigerland.
GOOD NEWS:
-I was recently hired at Tiger Weekly. Cheer for me! I'm so excited. I finally feel like I'm getting closer to a career in mass communications. My interviews for the first two articles I'm writing (which I can not talk about until publication because those rats at The Reveille might pick up on them) are going so well. I'm making friends with my editor. He's a really cool guy.
-Dark Side of the Moon is playing at the Planetarium! The Wall was awesome, so I think this one will be even awesomer. Baton Rougians- go see it. It only costs like 6 bucks. I'll be there this Saturday at 7 if you'd like to join me.
-I'm working on doing that whole sucking up to my teachers thing, and it's working out for me.
-I saw Chet Pilley last week OUT AND ABOUT. omg. I'm happy for you buddy!
-What else...Oh. There's another boy. Let's see how this pans out. The last boy didn't think I was worth more a movie ticket and a few beers. Whatever, fucker. But yeah, this guy's really nice, but quiet, so I don't know.
-It took me a couple of weeks, but I'm finally motivated to do school work.
BAD NEWS:
-My story was going to be on the cover of the next issue of Tiger Weekly. Then it wasn't. Then it was. Then it wasn't. So I don't know.
-I wish I was in Europe with Bobby drinking flaming beer and hot wine.
-I miss my sister! awwwwwwwww
