I may be going to the upper Plate tomorrow. Is there anything that anyone needs or wants from up there? Remember that I can't find just anything. I try to get in and out as soon as possible. Anyone? I can sometimes find food, clothing, or other things. At one time, the upper Plate was where the rich, elite, and powerful lived. Most everything is still up there that they left behind.
