It's... something that was started 3 years ago when my e-economy was bad to help cheer everyone up. There are lots of blondes in my home, so... a festival to celebrate blondes seemed like a good idea...? I-It's really fun and there are many beautiful, blonde girls and... a-and pink and Marilyn Monroe lookalikes and... a-and it's just a lot of fun...!
