i had my trial date moved to wednesday the 15! im hoping to have my evidence suppressed because the police gave me a traffic warning before asking to search my vehicle and at that point the stop was concluded i could have drove away and not said a word to him according to my lawyer so im going to keep my fingers crossed. the officer Nat Adams is known for doing this a lot and the last three traffic arrests he has made have had there evidence suppressed and charges dropped.
