every exam season, i start reconsidering my legal career and contemplate instead the wonders of the path that sir charted out for us girls:
do a happy arts course in university (instead of soul-crushing law), get married, have children.
then i wouldn't have to care about recipient liability, whether it should be fault-based, and if so, what degree of knowledge is required, is it dishonesty or is it unconscionability, or whether it should instead be based on restitution and so be approached from the angle of strict liability, but subject to the defence of change in position, and etc etc etc.
