So seeing CKY for the second time was more than I can describe. At one point, Marshall and I were less than 10 feet away from Phil, Ape, Deron, Jess, and Matt. Neither of us got enough nuts to say anything to them, though. The first 3 bands were horrible and Avenged Sevenfold wasn't there. But come CKY, we migrated to the floor and were almost at the back of the crowd. They opened up with "Hellview" and by the end of the song, I was in the 3rd row or so. Chad kept playing "I'll Always Love You" by Whitney Houston after every song to make us "make some noise". They played almost everything off of "Volume 1" and "Infiltrate.Destroy.Rebuild" and only two or three off of the new album. But I was very happy being there seeing them, again. I came home with two t-shirts, the Foreign Objects album, the Rudy + Blitz album, a black/green striped shirt, and one hell of an experience...
Last night, we recorded "Ride on to the Reals, Death to the Fakers" with the Illbotz. It sounded alright, but we sound like a crappy crappy crap garage band in the recording. And Marshall and Mike got stoned as hell before they went there, so it didn't make it a really easy experience, somehow...I 'unno...it sounds cool and everything, but it could've been technically produced better.
On a different note, as much as I won't admit that I'm a Myspace bitch, I'm pissed off because I can't get on there at all to see who "loves" me...and it's aggravating me a lot...what the fuck, yo...
