I started giggling at "[from Blaine 10:39pm] Picture message attached", and then all of a sudden I had tears in my eyes. Emotional whiplash, in a good way! The way you succeeded in relaying the boys' emotions through emails and texts feels very true, and the ending made me smile, though slightly watery. Thanks for your story!
