Monday afternoon was a bit manic, with 3 mobile kids and one crawler, but it was nice to eat cake, chat and catch up while my house was turned into a bomb site. Throwing a blanket over the dining room table to make them a den helped for a while!
The lid of the chest did fall down too much and is too heavy for Alex, so today I'm going to try and get an arm of some description to stop it doing so. Plus we need to move the TV up on its bracket so it can open all the way, but it does look good.
Yesterday we were at the sure start centre, who are starting a new session on Friday afternoons in Huntington, and they would also like me to be on the parent's steering committee. I'll go to a couple of meetings and see if I have enough time to do it!
Today Mum is coming over to take Grandma to the dentist in York, so we are going to go with her and help her kill time. Afternoon tea might be involved.
Tomorrow is the big day with the NAL feed back at the Folk Hall. I hope its busy or it will be a really long day.
