The osteopath was good, he has helped and I feel a lot looser today, though he did take an awful lot of info from me! Plus next time I go and see him I'm going to wear a bra you can't see my nipples through, ooops.
He also mentioned cholesterol as a serotonin precursor, which didn't sound right to me, so I've been doing some research. It isn't a precursor, but it is involved in serotonin metabolism and bio-availability in the blood, and low cholesterol levels are linked to depression, suicide and violence, including violent deaths. I already eat butter, not margarine, but apparently I need to start sprinkling olive oil on my food so I'm a bit less crazy. I also need to look into gall bladder metabolism, as this effects cholesterol in the blood stream. I'm very tempted to go to my doctors and get a cholesterol test.
After that, I got home, cooked dinner, and then Simon and I went too see Terminator Salvation. It was very good, and Sam Worthington is hot, yet another reason to go see Clash of the Titans when it comes out. Simon teased me for crying at the end! I particularly liked the cute kid who always had high explosives to hand.
