Forgive me if this is a simple biological question, but is routine failure to ejaculate in a male most likely physical or psychological? I mean, I get that if a guy wakes up, jerks off, then later that day has sex that leads to orgasm, if he can get it up another time that same day and have more sex, he might not ejaculate. Fine. But not coming on the regular? Does he need to drink more water? Getting it up isn't the issue, in fact, our gentleman friend claims to get it up more often than is necessary. And it isn't energy per se, since aerobic fucking seems to be his specialty. So, like, is it in his head? And how frustrating is that [for the guy]? Does it, um, come up later?
