Lakewood doesn't accept singles. Neither does Pirateland. This doesn't make any sense to me. I could be thirty years old and single and I know making reservations wouldn't be this hard. But I'm not thirty. I'm nineteen and they can hear that in my voice.
And suddenly the only way I can make a reservation is if I'm married.
I could be nineteen and married and make a reservation.
But nineteen and single... no way.
So I have one question for them.
What age do I have to be for the hypocritical staff workers to allow me, a "single", to make a reservation?
20? 25? 30? I don't know.
And they don't either.
It's not some magic number on some policy they have.
So basically they're discriminating against me because I'm young.
How young? They don't even know.
Wouldn't it make sense to have a policy in place?
If they don't want nineteen and twenty year old people there, then they should make it a requirement that those interested in making reservations need to be 21 or older. It's that simple.
There's an area of gray here. And gray means discrepency. And discrepency is not good for policies. And campgrounds must have set policies. I emphasize the word set.
I want to call back and tell them what they're doing is discriminatory to young people and demand an apology (and a reservation). Either that or find a husband reaaaalllly soon.
