What I liked about this camera:

• Price- Since I get a new camera every year, this wouldn't really hurt the pocketbook & (NO TAX & SHIPPING!!)
• 8MP! Nuff said!
• 12x Optical Zoom! Another nuff said!
• Leica Lense
• No problem w/ red eye
• Flip LCD screen
• Baby scene mode. really silly but i love it. I enter the age of my baby and each picture I take of the baby, it will have his age displayed.

I'll be using this camera mainly at home. It's size (WHD 5.5 x 3.4 x 5.4 in.) is not a small camera to lug around. I'll stick to the good old exilim for those outings. But at home, where I'm turning the second bedroom into a amateur photo studio (trust me, it sounds a lot better than it really is...lol) I expect great pictures!
