So when I could have been doing more productive things like laundry or homework, I ended up making this instead:
Some of them turned out better than others... I think my favorite is Sawyer as Axel, though. Or maybe Hurley as Lexaeus because he looks surprisingly badass wielding that tomahawk/"axe sword."
From left to right : Charlie as Demyx, Desmond as Luxord, Jin as Xaldin, Lapidus as Xigbar, Sawyer as Axel, Jack as Roxas, Locke as Xemnas, Kate as Xion, Ben as Saix, Richard as Marluxia, Sayid as Zexion, Juliet as Larxene, and Faraday as Vexen.
