I told Leslie the other day that I loved her:
She responded that it was only because she loved me too lolz.
Our 7th grade friendship was founded on our mutual love of Sailor Moon. Although, to be fair, I actually didn't really like her in 7th grade until the end of the year. I thought she was trying to steal my best friend. I can be just a tad bit possessive of my friends haha. However, once Gundam Wing aired on Cartoon Network, our friendship was sealed. Oh the geekery and giddy nights of watching 15 yr olds blow up shit in outer space.
And, for whatever reason, Sailor Moon is making a comeback in my life. Leslie and I had a Sailor Moon marathon a few weeks ago, to wrap up my spring break. We watched the second half of Season 2 and had the best time just sitting on the couch and reliving our junior high geekiness. :)
