( days and weeks and months pass by quick. the snow melts to budding sunflowers with dandelion wishes flying off in the breeze. hyukjae likes to sit on the windowsill and pick petals off the yellow weeds that grow in between the tiles on the roof, throwing them into the air and watching them fall afterwards. )

it is not even close to heartbreaking, not even close to love or anything because it is just -not able to put it into words-

i really like this ending more, it gave it a more bitter sweet ending and it didn't seem as rushed as the other. the other one seemed too sudden and made the fantasy a turn off since it was just shoved at us out of no where. but this one, because we were eased into it and things were always just hinted to and spoken about in a more... romantic terms i guess, it makes things seem more alluring to me as a reader :>
