ongoing...depression, medication, etc again....
as it happens... i have just had the unfortunate realization that i have been (probably for a few days) getting increasingly depressed.
yeah i have Depression the big D kind, not the "i am kind of bummed" kind
yes it sucks
some specific triggering episodes happened this week and last week...
stuff that frankly any sane person would be at least "bummed" by and of course its feeding a major depression kick.
so i am going to take a few of the meds i have on hand and try to get a new doctor appt.
this will be un fun since they are afraid to give me any meds after the incident with the LAST depression meds.
in the meantime i expect i will be sticking mostly to "look! Lolcats!" until i get more meds or the episode runs off...
odds are i can power through it with enough sunlight and dog parks and dealing with the triggers.. but..
well to be honest i probably wont be a lot of fun to be around for a couple days.. probably havent been...
