so.. i had a new psych apt today.
meaning this was the first visit. mostly because the last place that took my insurance was drastically bad...
anyway i have new meds, and a "come back in 6 weeks or call if you have issues"
but i am way stressed and having anxiety attacks because i had to go over the various reasons i have PTSD and anxiety...
which basically means i am down for the day at least
naturally its "be a anxiety source" on facebook day.
