a Publisher, in possession of a signed and initialed contract, refuses to revert rights in violation of said contract. They have had a year and a half of pleading, arbitrators talking to them, copies of the legal contract, etc... and they are basically saying "buy all of our remaining stock (that we are holding in our warehouse and wont sell) and MAYBE we will give you back the publishing rights.
