we finally got the Air conditioner put in.
now for those of you who know me, or have read this for a while, you know i get heat exhaustion VERY easily. i have been repeatedly hospitalized for dehydration and heat exhaustion.. like, three times in one month hospitalized two years ago....
i also have Reynaud's syndrome, which means my body doesnt cope with drops in temperature/cold weather either...
because of that history i have a very poor ability to deal with temperature issues. which means that keeping the AC on in my house (we only have it in one room) is not a luxury.
so.. any amount helps.

also.. if you know anyone with my kind of heat problem history.... please check on them. take them someplace air conditioned... whatever you can do.
