i need a new synonym for crazy...
those of us in the SCA know that once you have been a King ONCE you are a count, and once you have been a King TWICE you are a Duke, and once you have been a King THRICE (or more) you are a fool.....
so what is someone who is pursuing TWO undergraduate degrees at the same time in two different colleges? because "student" and "undergrad" seem somehow lacking.
its all official: i have finalized the paperwork to attend classes at Strayer University. i will be taking one online course in the spring quarter, so i can work this around my Art Institute classes.... for that first class i will be taking "Fundamentals of Ebusiness" which i hope will help me with my web based business immediately, but it may not.
so far the transcript from my one class at Drexel came in, as have all my CLEP tests from when i was in the Military, all that is left is the transfer credits from the Art Institute...
now remembering that NOTHING i have taken at the Art Institute has been counted yet, i already have 90 transfer credits
that is 90 out of 180 for a Bachelor of Bus. Admin with a concentration in Emarketing.
half way there on CLEP tests....
interestingly, it looks like at LEAST three more classes from Ai will transfer to my requirements....(college math, logic, and intro to business management, for example)
and there are a couple more classes i may be able to take CLEP tests for. some of which i can take now if i choose to (like introduction to marketing; i took the practice exam and aced it) some would require study (like accounting.....brrrrrrrrrrrr)
this obviously is more money, but with my parents supporting the monthly bill from Ai i can probably manage the one class every other quarter to stay active, plus the clep tests every now and then.
the idea is to take the electronic commerce classes that will be able to be turned around FAST to make money on my internet business.
(and a huge shout out to my friend who gave me a camera and upload link that will make this easier)
i MAY choose to attend no classes at AI for summer, and do all online coursework through strayer, since that would simplify the whole Pennsic scheduling messs, or it may not work out, i dont know.
