remember the concussion? amazing what a pure screaming adrenaline rush can do for "wobbly and sleepy" i would prefer not to know that, actually.
wayne had a blood sugar crash.
i got a call, he sounded awful. he was outside having driven home, he was almost incoherent. he asked for "something with sugar" and i seriously think i teleported down the stairs.
his sugar was below 70 and falling.
please note that a fast drop, even if your blood sugar is in the safe range, is NOT good.. and under 70 is...not where his should be, thanks.
he took too much insulin for his lunch, apparently
so, i am now exhausted, out of adrenaline, and have spent the evening watching HIM like a hawk.
i am going to bed
