i sort of did, by posting i am asking all of you to keep an eye on me i guess.
hubby is at work, then doctor, until he gets home maybe 7pm? its 3 ish now..... if i keep improving at the rate i am, i may be fully ok by the time he gets home.
the cats are trying, but they cant do much.. my typing is off because one cat has my arm busy.... the dog has decided that i need to sit here, so he has blockaded my chair.
i figure i will brave the stairs again in a few and get more food/drink
i had some vague idea that going to sleep might be a bad idea..... but lay down anyway. bad mistake, i tell you, i thought i was going to throw up. vertigo in the extreme.
so, i am being evry sleepy and tired, and quite wobbly, but improving... and sitting up at the computer
lucky for me, i cannot fall asleep sitting up unless i am UTTERLY exhausted.
it would be nice to go to sleep, but that one try convcned me that liyng down is not a good idea
other than tiredness, which given how underslpt i am is not unusual, and the aggravation of my eye hand issues with typing (i normally type like a dyslexic, its not dyslexia, but finger coordination issues) i seem to be improving.
i wobble less walking, my pupils are the same size, i havent moved on to a full blown migraine....
just tired and trouble typing. the vertigo/nasea has lessened a lot, now its mostly like i had ear issues, liek a cold.. i get vertigo that way.
when i had my car accident the vertigo INCREASED, not de creased....
so i am inclined to sit and wait.
i have no car, and wouldnt trust me to drive right now...... and ambulances are out of my budget unless i have a really good reason... and wont take me to a doctor anyway, only a hospital
i do promise if it gets worse i will consider it immediately
you want a migraine sufferer to deliberately shine a flashlight into my eyes? geez i have enough trouble at the eye doctors! good thing i trust you... as it happens i do have one. hang on
as i expected, i cant hold a flashlight on my eye, and look at a mirror. my eye tears up and i start getting a migraine warning. sorry they tear up evenly if thathelps.
IMHO that is one more reason to not go to the doctor, but i would have had to go on the bus anyway, and i dont think that would be good, its cold, and wet.
shrug accident aprox.....12? 12 mumble something...so as long as i dont go to sleep before 9pm, i am well out of the 8 hour limit.
