(no subject)
Can i have a do over on this month? i know its early yet... but really.
so, first i go to get the paperwork done for school, and they tell me my monthly bill went up over 200 dollars... uh....WTF? no!
it turns out that when i got switched from associate to bachelors programs they had to re figure my payments to account for the increased number of credits, which would be perfectly understandable, IF they had called me.
so i had to sit in accounting for a while (and trot back and forth to different departments) to get the bill re done.
which means i can now only take 12 credits a quarter, not 15 (4 classes, not five)
Most of these classes are fine and or dandy.
i am going to try to drop one since i dont think the teacher and i will work well together. i tried to clarify the assignment and he was all like "no, you dont have to do it that way, just whatever". Bzzzzzt! i am asking you what you want, i dont want vague answers. i want "i need at least 1/2 a page essay format" or "no, anything from brainstorming to essays is fine, as long as you fill at least half a page." not "whatever"
because i am pretty sure that if i turn in "whatever" i will flunk.
so i have this mall show (Neshaminy Mall) set up Tuesday night, open Wednesday through Sunday, mall hours. Yes mall shows are brutal.
so, some of you may have heard me say that i had mis placed my credit card machine power cord.
shrug
no worries, right? we had to find the plug, but its in the house...
we found the plug the night before the mall show. but then we couldn't find the credit card machine, because we put it somewhere safe
and they never gave me a knuckle buster (manual swipe) machine.
so krings_keep had come over to help me work the mall show, but instead she has been tearing the house apart trying to find the thing.
She and whouseknecht finally found the thing, in the room i had last seen it in, in a place they had both looked in eleventy times...
they found it last night (Friday)
Apparently the Phillies should PAY me to do mall shows, because so far *every time* i have done a mall show they have been in major games (and won). while this is good for the team, its not so good for sales, since too many people are watching the game instead of shopping.
Anyway Freyas_fire has been helping me out at the mall show, so i get bathroom breaks, and she covered for me when i had to drive down to get wayne. she has some of her stuff out on my table.
wait.. whats this "driving down to get wayne" stuff?
oh, well.....
Wayne was going to work when his car started drastically misbehaving.
he had to be towed from the highway.
the car committed suicide.
no, really
it blew a rod down through the oil pan.
Wayne doesn't seem to understand how lucky he is that he wasn't hurt.
but you know what our finances are like, so this...... this is BAD.
if you know any "better luck and good money" spells, prayers, chicken dances, whatever i am all in favor if them!
