Oy. Summertime colds are the pits, because the hot stuff & steam thing that works so well at any other time would be nuts. Rest up as much as you can & have lots of juice!
yea... and i cant really work on jewelry in the shower either. which is where i want to live, except that the hot water keep running out may need to find out if my gym membership is still good....... sauna, yes..
danke..... i am feeling a bit better today, although judging from the looks from my classmates and teacher this morning, i neither sound nor look better
Try to sleep a bit more than usual (maybe try to take a few naps rather than sleep longer at night, as sinus things can make you feel like you're being filled with lead while you sleep, if you conk out for 10 hours)?
Drink plenty of juice/water, and eat tonnes of fresh fruit and veggies to keep hydrated, up your vitamin etc. intake (plus the stuff should be nice and light and cool and easy to eat, but keep up your energy levels)?
Maybe soak your feet in a tub of just-cooler-than-body-temperature water (maybe with some peppermint essential oil) to keep cool (and hopefully the EO will help chase off the headache)?
Good luck staving this off in its early stages, so you can keep on going without succumbing to 'really actually ill'!!!
I'm not great at napping, either (unless sleeping fitfully from the hours of 12-7:30, before getting up to go to work, counts?) - it'd a nice skill if you can do it though.
