the things i specifically suggest are the videos and books.
i think their beads are sort of iffy, but you all know i sell beads and my standards are very high. still i wouldn't buy my beads from them.
Their wire is about as good or not as anyone else... so it depends if you have a cheaper supplier nearby. Since one of my friends thought they were not clear enough, i will say it here: Their gold wire is all gold fill. gold fill is a thicker plate (by ten times) than "gold plate" but is not solid gold. many people who can only wear 12-14k gold can wear gold fill of the same karat, but not all....i will use gold fill for design and pendant, but for my own preference, i only use solid 14k ear wire for the part that goes through an ear....
