Fountain Pen find
i was at Target and naturally browsed their pen section....
an found a fountain pen!
its from Pilot, and is called the Plumix. it takes an odd cartridge (and no, they didnt have refills in the store), but is refillable. not a disposable pen.
it also was under 6 dollars.
any fountain pen under ten dollars is a good fountain pen in my book. having loaded it (not obvious) and played with it a bit... its "decent" not a great pen, the nib is stiff, and the "fine point" is a medium point by my standards... but hey, for 6 bucks? its great.
parts accessories and etc from www.namiki.com made in Japan.
in sad news, one of my old reliable Shaeffer pens turns out to have a crack in the screw on part of the pen nib. its dripping ink. sad.. will try to find replacement.
