The great ankle diet

sigh, have traded ankle pain for caffeine withdrawal headache....
As many of you know i am not into starving. so no way any diet i am on involves being actually hungry at any point.  That said, i have been forcing myslef to actually drink a lot more plain water and a lot less other stuff.
i finally broke down and had a splenda coke because my head was splitting. also took an Esgic (migraine med) since i cant tell whether its a  caffeine or migraine headache.

i probably should have had one of my shakes and not eggs for breakfast, but  (shrug)
had veggie burgers, salad..... and cooked veggies for lunch.  have had many more glasses of water, and some with ACV (apple cider vinegar)
had to have more tea, (no splenda, used some honey) and then as stated broke down to have splenda coke, for headache.

will likely have big old salad for dinner.. planning on going out to get beets and apples.. yummmmm
when my head ache fades off.

have upped frequency of water soluable vitamins (B, C, Etc) to deal with increased water flush.

have i mentioned lately how MUCH i hate caffeine withdrawal? oh well, it makes the ankles less noticable.  oddly the ankles appear slightly less swollen already... probably from pushing water
