Fiesta Yarn Sale...
Fiesta Yarns ( www.fiestayarns.com ) is having a sale. Now this sale is to its retailers, but that still is good news to you! You see, i really would like to boost my inventory of colors... they have such great colors!
They are offering to send me extra merchandise (bonus yarn), as long as i order $1,000 dollars or more of wholesale yarn by mid- December. Sadly, even at wholesale prices, this doesn't take much, so i think it might be manageable.
So (drum roll please)....
If you order two or more skeins of any color and/or yarn that i do *not* already have in my inventory.
or four or more skeins of any color or yarn, regardless of whether i have it in stock.
then you get it at wholesale cost, plus shipping prices.
(please note: I have to order in fours. that is four of one color and type of yarn at a time)
Yes, this is a gimmick. I want to have more color choices in stock for people, and even if i were to manage to sell all of the minimum order at wholesale (wow.. that would be cool) i still get to keep the "bonus yarn" for my inventory.
since they have an incredible number of patterns that only use two skeins, and many of them knit or crochet up on large size needles or hooks, it is actually possible to make a stole or shawl out of their "La Boheme" yarn in a weekend or so... even if you are as slow a knitter as I am! So I am hoping some people will take the opportunity to get some last minute holiday shopping done.
Oh, in case you personally don't do knitting or crochet? they make a great gift to the person in your life who does...
