poker and other obsessions (sort of humor)
If anyone out there is interested in poker chips, PLEASE go to my husband's Live Journal
whouseknecht and talk to him about them. Find people who are into this stuff and send them over to his live journal....Bribe them if you must.
There are "sample chips" all over my house!
The cats cannot hide all of them under the sofa, even though they try.
The dog doesn't think they are food.
I am starting to have nightmares about being tested on whether a chip is "clay" , "composite" , "injection molded" or "compression molded"...
Look, the guy puts up with my textile obsessions, so its worth the poker chip obsession, but for heaven's sake, he got me a sample poker chip as a present for our anniversary!
(ok, so it had lady Liberty on it... and he knows i collect that, but you can't fool me! he just wanted an excuse to have a poker chip from that company with the embossed top hat!)
so do me a good turn and send all your poker and poker chip obsessed friends over to talk to him.... then we can sit down and discuss Cashmere yarn and politics, and which TV character was sexier, like civilized people!
