Update/follow up on last post

huh.......
well i am slowly recovering, but have reluctantly decided that i cannot attend Storvik Novice Tourney today.  (This is an SCA event in Maryland that i was scheduled to merchant.) Outside all day in 90 degree weather right now seemed unwise.

The current best guess is that *something* upset my stomach, whether a stomach bug or bad food.

Oh, gosh, honey! I hope you get better! I'd offer you our a/c version of a ghettoblaster, but the place is a mess and the a/c is about the only functioning thing in here.

if only there was a local library i was willing to go to. the local one had the most evil people working there, and i get panic attacks trying to go back. the main library is fine, but the AC sucks and there is no parking...

maybe i could try one of the suburban libraries...

Seconding the library idea, you don't have to pay for the books there (well, except for the fines) and then maybe a mall food court for a lemonade to sprinkle some salt into while you read the library books.

Much less expensive.
