It has to be someone from Z Z Top. But I don't know anything about Z Z Top other than the beards and the revolving guitars, so I can't answer the other questions.

Know I've never posted here before, and no I am not stalking, just checking out my Friends Page, but to me it looks slightly like Willie Nelson, though I am most likely totally wrong, although the painted on shades confuse...
