[ the offer sounds so much like something rachel would offer that it causes a whole new wave of tears to flood her eyes, and quinn has to turn away from the screen for a moment to get herself under control. she knows rachel's going to be back, but it's such a foreign thought and she half doesn't believe it, almost like a child being told their dog ran away and will come back one day to placate them and avoid telling them it got hit by a car. regardless of what happens, she saw rachel dead and that was hard to see. it hurt, and it make quinn regret all the times she was mean to her after quinn stood up to negi after he took a jab at her to hit a little too close to home after the events of last year.

when quinn turns back to the screen, she's still wiping at her eyes. ] My friend was killed during the... whatever that was.

[ be patient with her, usagi. quinn's not very good at talking about her feelings. she's more of the bottle, mask, and avoid type. ]

They told me. They keep saying that, but it seems so... impossible.

[ don't get her wrong, quinn wanted rachel to be alive again. quinn fabray actually wanted to see rachel berry again, despite all the mean, horrible things she's done to the girl out of pettiness and jealousy. it's the concept of resurrection without divine intervention that's completely mind-boggling to her. ]
