Mary wore me down and after 9 years I have to confess. Edward Nowlin and I went at it with hammer & tongs at IC '99.
How ridiculous is this? What would it have mattered? We were both single and of legal age, so big whoo. She claims she heard it from Ann Garner, who in the many online conversations we've had since then hasn't mentioned it. Hmm, that's odd. Or is it just one of Mary's many imaginary conversations she has with herself? I could take a pic of Tom and me at it and then she'd finally have proof. ;)
