The blueberry soup was excellent, very tasty and light, mine involved no measurements, just mixing cinnamon, blueberry, water, sugar, cornstarch til it looked right. No lemon though, it's sour enough. Don't omit the cornstarch, it adds necessary texture and flavor too. M and I both remember that in our poorer childhood, our sisters would make us a hot slurry of water, cornstarch, and sugar as a treat, I recall I liked it.
