A lot of people have recommend XBLMC, but I thought, what if I just build a file server/ divx box.
I have an extra PC, its a 1.6.. still takes SDRAM. Instead of letting it collect dust, I can make it useful.. add a wireless card, get a video card with tv-out, keep a keyboard and mouse on it.. as well as a remote. It has 2 HD's in it. a 250 and a 40. I could use it to store extra crap, AKA Movies and Videos.
Here are some parts I have been looking at... I am also up for suggestions. Being that it is an old box, I don't want to put a lot of money into it. The parts I have picked seem cost effective.
