Alright.... so I haven't updated in a long time because I was waiting for pictures from Hawaii that I could post on here, but my dad and sister are being retardo with them and haven't gotten back to me. So this is going to be a long entry:
Hawaii = heaven!! We stayed in Kihei on Maui and our condo was literally across the street from a beach. The beaches were beautiful. We went swimming, boogie boarding, snorkling, ate lots of food, and just chilled. My dad made a new "lady friend" aka girlfriend who is from Pleasant Hill and he invited them over for dinner... kinda awkward. I saw like 4 sea turtles during my trip and one caused my curiosity to get the best of me... I got slammed against the rocks. It wasn't too fun. Ate at Mama's Fishhouse and it was the best restaurant I have ever been to. I loved it. Went to a luau and the Rock was one of the dancers (well maybe not really, but he looked like him, minus the eyebrow thing). Was approached by a male specimen or the first time in my life... only this male was an old drunk homeless man who stated, "I know I'm too old for you, but you are beautiful." At least old guys like me (?).. there's something not right about me. We rented a van and it had an automatic sliding door that made music while it was closing... I sang to it everytime. That's Hawaii in a nutshell.
School started. This is my schedule. First term: AP Statistics, US History, Honors Chemistry Second term: Pre-Calculus, PE, English. I can't wait for the spring term... meanwhile, this term will require a great deal of hard work. I'm only a week into it and I'm already ready for summer! But I enjoy the classes a lot. Gunner is in all of my classes... lucky him because I am his most favorite person in the entire world. It is so great to see everybody again and be back in the Student Union (yeah!). Mr. Foster is a hoot, Mrs. Saugier rambles on about nothing, and Mr. Mariotti seems chill and likes me already. Oh, great stuff... both Allyse and Courtney are in my history class... awkward, only a little. I am just going to stay away from them, or at least try my best.
I started working at Tri-Valley Gymnastics as a coach. It is the best job in the world. It's like a vacation from reality for a few hours. I love the fact tha I get payed to be a kid again. I am just teaching green and red classes (which are levels 1 and 2), but the kids are so great.
I finally got my new bike. It is a beach cruiser and her name is Satine. She's blue and have white-rimmed tired, a basket in front, and a horn. I ride her to school and work... she is my mode of transportation... my baby... right behind Penelope.
I feel like such a nerd admitting this, but I met somebody online. I know what you're thinking.. Linda you're lame.. and it's partially true, but this guy is hella awesome. I found out that he lived right across the street from me and so we hung out and rode around town and I took him to Panda Express because he was a Panda virgin. Then, we just have been hanging out. We watched movies and I practically passed out on his bed. I hate to admit it, but I have kinda have a crush. Oh, and he shreads on guitar like a madman.. it is insane. Like, I don't even know where to begin on my attempt to explain him, but he's just totally cool. I enjoy his company very much, but he's still hung up on his ex, so that's lame. We're still good friends regardless though. I made him cookies for his birthday, but his roommates ate most of them, I guess. I took him to church with me because he doesn't enjoy going to his church on Sundays, so I felt an invitation was necessary. Then, we jammed.. kinda (he shredded and I listened and then played one of my lame-o-rama songs). He met the fam and my mom liked him and he seemed to get along with my brother. We watched Arnold on TV.
That's about it. I missed everybody during summer and it is great to be back into everything. Life is simply fabulous!
