It's been a LONG TIME
So it's been a really long time since I updated, sorry about that. Since I last updated I left Australia (awful awful day), I got my wedding dress (YAY!!!), I started student teaching (yay) and my sister closed on her house.
Student teaching is going really good. I love my kids. The other day they had their class picture taken and they were all excited because I got to be in it with them. The last time I was in a class picture Mary Jo was my teacher, look at how that worked out!!! For those of you who don't know, Mary Jo is my host teacher for this student teaching placement.
It's crazy to think that only a month ago I was in Carins enjoying the sun, and snorkaling in the GBR. Now I'm home, where it's currently snowing, wishing I were still in Australia.
I got down to Cortland last weekend and got to see a couple of people. I was down there to print stuff off, but took a break to go and visit some people. Someday soon I'll come down for the weekend.
Well, I've got lesson plans to type, so I should go.
(Note, yes I am purposly not talking about leaving Australia because it's something I've repressed)
